The Forge is an action RPG on Roblox in which you enter a Cave to mine for elemental ores that can be cast into different armor pieces and weapons. This equipment will help you defend against powerful zombies when you enter deeper regions of the Cave to search for rarer ores.
The Forge features several Races that you can reroll for to enhance your basic stats and unlock some passive abilities. They also modify your overall appearance to reflect the characteristics of whichever Race you currently are. This guide will teach you about all the Races in the game and how to change yours.
What is a Race in The Forge?
Races are similar to the Classes in 99 Nights in the Forest; each of them grants you some passive abilities and a unique visual appearance. Inside the game, each player starts with the Human Race, which can be changed by rerolling the banner. By unlocking rarer Races, you can enable better stat buffs that help you survive during the zombie fights. After each reroll, the previous Race gets replaced by the new one.
The Forge currently allows you to reroll between 13 different Races, which are divided among six different rarities:
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Mythical
How to change your Race in The Forge
Your journey in The Forge will start as a Human. To complete the game tutorial, you’ll have to interact with and complete all the quests given by Sensei Moro. Later, he’ll ask you to visit the Wizard inside the Wizard Tower, who’ll unlock the Race reroll system for you.
Once unlocked, you can follow these steps to change your Race:
- Open your inventory by either pressing “T” on your keyboard or tapping the backpack icon at the bottom of your screen.
- At the bottom of the inventory menu, you’ll see multiple icons for navigating to different sections. Click on the Shop icon at the far right end.
- As you scroll to the right inside the Shop, you’ll find a “Go to Race Menu” button. Click on it to open the Race menu.
- By rerolling your current Race, you can replace it with another one.
